I understand Kian is a variation of the Irish name Cian. My daughter has just given birth to a lovely dark haired, dark skinned little boy and has chosen the name Kian believing it to be Celtic. She is Cornish and her husband is English but his family originate in India. Any help on the meaning of the name Kian would be appreciated. Thankyou
