Mi (like in MInnesota) - chae (like in CApital) - la (like in LAnce)

not necessarily is german, in spanish is also written Micaela (without H) same pronunciation also is translated to spanish a Miguela (Michael-Michel-Miguel is the male version in english-french-spanish)
