Wow, that's quite fascinating: it never occured to me that Samantha is a name resulting from the combination of Hebrew and Greek elements.

Another example of such a name (this time with a Greek prefix and a Hebrew ending) is Garoufael -- a "made up" name quite popular during the early Christian years. It combines "garyfalo" (carnation) with the Hebrew ending "-el". Though now rare, the name still pops up on occasion.
