I need some assistance. Is the name "Liloie" the Czech name for "Sylvia"?

We have my mother's birth certificate that was completed by a Czech Mmidwife who filled out the certificate in Czech.

My mother was born in 1920 in Cleveland, Ohio.

The name that appears on her Baptisimal certificate is Sylvia. She has gone by the name of Sylvia all of her life.

The problem that arises is: she needs a picture identification so that she can claim stste funds that she is due.

I would appreciate any help in helping me solve this situation. I need to be able to have this situation resolved by June 6, 2005.
