My name is Tambi. I have no idea what it means or where it's from. When I did a search on the net, I came across lots of other Tambi's. Some were Proper names and some were names of companies and such. Can you help me?

Maybe it's short for Tambala (African [?]: cock) or Tambika (African [Swahili]: victim???
