I've been told by the horse mouth what my name meant, I was about seven or so at the time I met my Godmother who's last name is Forouhar and my parents not of Iranian descent were captivated by the name Forouhar.

So for yrs. people have asking what it meant I just tell it means Good Fortune or the highest of power. I'd be more than Thankful if someone who knows exactly what its means and is familiar with Iranian last names too.
