Maybe a derivation of Atossa (a Persian/Iranian female name, also spelled Atoosa/AtoosA, and related to or a version of the name Hutaosa). Sorry, couldn't find a meaning. Check out this link:http://www.livius.org/as-at/atossa/atossa.html

My name is Atossa, but it is also Atoucha. It's a problem of pronounciation. I am known and live as Atossa, but on official documents it is written Atoucha.

Google searches.....give no matches for Atossie. There are a few matches for Ytossie, but only in reference to a Temptation Island contestant. So I'd guess the name is a new creation.
