I'm not sure this is the answer you want to hear, but I looked up Ninevah (note the e) in my husband's bible program. It says:
Niyneveh (nee-nev-ay'), of foreign origin, Nineveh, the capital of Assyria.
KJV-Nineveh
Nowhere does it list the meaning. Sorry
