Re: Carsilius - I fail in finding its meaning.
The name might be derived from the old Roman town, in the west-central region of Italy called Latium, known as "Carseoli" or "Carsioli", which in turn may have been derived from a Roman or Etruscan name whose meaning is now lost.Sorry, that's all I could dig up. Perhaps someone else here may have some other ideas.-- Nanaea
