Subject: A question for the experts

I was wondering if there is a latinized form of the name Sephas, or how is it prn. in its original Aramaic form, as an alternative. My question is about a phonetical issue, as in Spanish the "ph" sound does not exist. The only "ph" sound, in Spanish, is the one spelled "F". So, basically, I need to know if it would be correct to spell it Sefas, as a Spanish version and/or is there any other variant in prn/spl. for it, in any other laguange??

Thanks in advance,
Magia.
