My name is Anouk. I was born in 1972 and I am Swedish. I've been told my name origins from Greenland, and Nanouk meaning: Great White Bear. I guess Anouk stems from that.
I've only ever met one other person called Anouk! I always get a lot of comments about my name, it is a very pretty & unusual name. And I love it! My mother can't remember where she found the name Anouk, but we guess my parents fell in love with the name after the french actress Anouk Aimée.
