Cillian is a Gaelic name, and in Gaelic the letter "C" is pronounced like a K, so the correct pronunciation would be Kill-ee-an, like Killian.

Pronouncing Cillian 'sil-ee-an' is wrong, but probably only name geeks and peope from Ireland would know that.
