Well, I agree that it's not accurate, but the "tiny" isn't there just because "it sounds good". It's because someone read that "Charlotte" was originally a diminutive of Charles, and so described the "meaning" of the name as "little Charles", just as one might think that the "meaning" of a name like Annette was "little Anne".
