I think only from the sound "Vendi" works fine, but it might have some other meaning in Finnish.

Wendy from Peter Pan however is called "Leena" in Finnish, so there is really no equivalent (yet)

As Wendy is a recently made-up name, there is no Finnish equivalent. I suppose the closest you can get is Venla which is a Finnish feminine form of Wendel.
