I am not sure what sort of facts you want that aren't provided by this website. As the dictionary here says, Danielle was originally the French feminine form of Daniel. Therefore, it originally came from France, and its etymological origin is from Daniel, so the original Hebrew meaning of Daniel would also be the "meaning" of Danielle. Danielle began to be regularly used in English speaking countries around 1940.
