Yanna is a female form of the Greek Yannis, which is derived from the Greek Ioannis, which, in turn, is derived from the Hebrew Jochanan - God's grace. Jochanan is the root of John and its cognates in various languages.
Yannah, I am guessing, is Yanna with an "h" in the end.
