I'm currently working on "Romeo and Juliet," and my teacher continually pronounces Rosaline as "Ross-a-line." I always assumed that it was "Rose-a-leen." Was the name originally pronounced as my teacher pronounces it, or am I making a mistake?

Me: Right, of course Anna Bella. Here's that random packet of soy sauce I just HAPPEN to keep in my purse!
