How about Ava? It means the same thing as Eve.

Sorry ......... the name that I meant is not "Ava " - it's "Hava ". I always make that mistake! Sorry!

Or what about "Hayya" - it also means the same thing ..... plus the name "Eve " originally came from it!

"Hava " and "Hayya" are excellent alternatives to "Eve ". As I suspect you already know, they can also be spelled: "Chava" and "Chaya ".

And then there are the masculine forms for boy babies: "Chaim" and "Chayim".
