It's not very accurate, but Noêmia sounds similar to:no-EN-mee-ah

It's really hard to write out the pronunciation for Portuguese names! I know exactly the EN sound you're talking about, but looking at it written out doesn't make much sense in English.E acho que estou esqueçendo da linguagem mais e mais :(
