Where did you find this name? Can you give us any more information about it, such as what gender and ethnicity the bearer of the name has?
Dishae looks to me like an African-American creation, an alternative spelling of DeShae which is simply a combination of the prefix De with Shae (click on "Shea" to see the origin of that in the main dictionary on this site.) But one would have to have more information to be sure of that intepretation.
