Its strange but every pregnant woman I know has at least leafed through one of those baby name books when looking for a name but many still go for the unusual name they heard on tv yet dont know what it means
Of corse some names are given to honour a family member or freind so the meaning might not be quite so important to the person chosing a particular name , looking back in my family tree and talking with others who have done so, I have found that weird and wonderful spellings and made up looking names are nothing new
