The 1500 or so hits that a Google search for 'Daxiat' delivers all seem to be about a single thing: A french film called "Le dernier métro" that has a character with that name:

(I did not check all hits, but quite a lot of them, and was not able to find something not about the film.)
So this looks to me like a name that was invented for that film, and so far only used there.
