I just looked it up on Wikipedia, and you're right. The ú indicates that the letter is pronounced like the "ou" in English "you", while the Icelandic "u" sounds like the German "ü". It doesn't indicate the emphasis. I just associate accent marks automatically with the emphasis. ;)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Icelandic_alphabet

I know I am slow to respond, butDoes that mean it would be pronounced Sea-grune? Or what?

Well, since I'm neither from Iceland nor fluent in Icelandic, I'm not sure. But it is probably something along those lines.
