Where did your parents find this name? I can't find anything exactly like it in my reference books on Muslim or Arabic names. Najla is an Arabic name meaning "having large or wide eyes", and Nashwah is an Arabic name meaning "fragrance" or perhaps "wild plum". Nashla looks like a blend of those two names, perhaps created by mishearing one of them.
