Aziz is generally pronounced AH-ziz or AH-zeez although depending on your regional dialect you could pronounce it ah-ZEEZ. (It's uncommon though; in Arabic, it's almost always the second-to-last syllable that is emphasized.)
It can also be pronounced AH-zis, although that is more common when it's being used as a pet name: ah-ZEE-zee is masculine and ah-ZIS-tee is feminine.
