How to pronounce the name "Yuping" the surname "Sheh" according to the general English pronunciation habbit?

Thanks! But someone said it is Yoo-ping ( I think she mean "oo" like the word "boot").I wonder which one is OK or either is OK .

My guess would be yu ping shay (yu pronounced like the English word "you").
