Hi Lou,

Klawdja is the German transcription of a Russion form of Claudia. The English transcription of that name would be Clavdya or Klavdya.

I'd guess that Clawdja is a variant spelling of Klawdja which means it's a Russian form of a Latin name written in German transcription ;)
