Reply to: Finnish form of Elizabeth maybe (?) n/t by Ivayla
Hi,

Liisbeta is not Finnish although it reminds of Finnish because of the double-i. The letter b is very uncommon in Finnish.

There's a Dutch pet form of Elisabeth written Lijsbeta. Maybe it's a variant of that one?

Regards, Satu
