I am a muslim originally from Pakistan (Asia) living in UK. I have heard that Nousherwan was the name of a famous emperor of Iran who was famous for his justice and wisdom. Some other people told me that Nousherwan is only a character in some stories. I am 28 now but could not find the actual meaning of my name anywhere. This name may be spelled as Nosherwan, Noshervan, Nausherwan, Naushervan or Noushervan.
