It's listed as a masculine, Irish name here. On other sites, I've seen LON-an, LO-nan, LYO-nan, Luh-nawn, and a few others. Does the pronunciation depend on the country the name is used in?

In the USA i would pronounce it LO-nan or LON-an. If i were in Europe or other countries i would pronounce it the other 2 ways.

Lonan would be said Lo-NON in Ireland. Lonán would be Lo-AWN. The accent mark on the "a" is what makes the different. The emphasis is on the second syllable.
