I've found a website saying that Aloaiza Pashkevich was also spelled Aloiza Pashkevich. So Alaiza could be like Aloise, Alois, Eloise, Heloise...
Alaiza also seems to be a place in Spain. Does your family have Spanish origins?
I've also found that "iza" means victory in Arabic, so Alaiza could be "God's victory"...
