Looking at the hitparades for names for newborns in Norway, it's hard to tell, because three variants of the name rank at various positions over the last years: Casper, Kasper, and Jesper.
In 2008, Casper was at 65, Kasper at 40, and Jesper at 80. In other years however, relations would change.
