The spelling in Romanian is near phonetic.
If you know how the French name Viviane is prononced, then use the French pronunciation for Vivian- and use the English pronunciation for the final -a. This would be the Romanian pronunciation.
Details: The first "a" is stressed and heard approx. as in "father", the final "a" can be the same as the final "a" in "Anna", "i" can resemble the vowels in "English".
