I can tell you that it's definitely not Gaelic. Gaelic has no letter K or letter Y in the alphabet.
My guess is that Kyna may be a modern coinage, based on names like Kyra, Kyla etc. as possibly a feminine form of Kynan. It seems to be most popular in Australia, where Kynan seems to be more popular than anywhere else.
