Meliados sounds Greek, not Italian, but Greek names are used in Italy (although they're nearly always Italianized, like Demetrio instead of Demetrios).Girone I have no clue of. These might be medieval names, some of which have their meanings unknown.

Girone is the name of a Spanish city , near to Barcelona they are catalan.and he was a prince in Barcelona who left Barcelona and he created a city and gave it the name of Girona (Girone in english / french) and it's a city next to France , between france and spain,they speak Catalan.
