I have seen Shinnae, Shinae, Shin'ae, Shinea and other similar names pop up alongside the more popular name Shanae. (I have also seen Shannae, Shanay, Chenaey and various other forms). They're all the same name, with different sets of letters representing the shÉ™-NAY pronunciation.

Shanae seems to be a modern coinage, possibly based on Sian / Shana, or Shannon, or Chanel, or anything else with 'shan' as the first syllable.
