If you click on Liesl, you will find that it a German short or nickname form of Elisabeth. In German, a single letter s is pronounced like the English z.
Liezl with a z is a spelling mistake made by someone who either wanted the name to look more recognisable to English-speaking people or didn't know that in German the letter z is pronounced like the English ts.
