Since he's Cuban and I can't find any reference of the name being used in Spain, I'd say it's likely a made-up Hispanic name, possibly intended to sound English. Creations like this are popular in some Ibero-American countries (Cuba, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, etc).
Yune- seems to be a popular element in Cuba:
