How do you pronounce Rumer? Is it like Roomer or like Drummer without the "d" or anything else?

Normally like "roomer" or "rumor".

It is of course possible that there is someone who saw "Rumer" written and gave it to a child while pronouncing it "rummer", but I have never heard of this in real life.
