Subject: Popularity of Leola in Pennsylvania or the South

Hi-Have a quilt signed 'Leola' and from the fabrics know it's c.1900. The dealer says it's Pennsylvania but it looks southern to me, like NC maybe. Anybody have a feel for where 'Leola' might have been a more common name?
Thanks.
