I asked if anyone had heard the Arita before. If so can you tell me if there is anyone else by that name and where it originated. I cannot find any information about it. It is of Dutch origine but even there I can not find anyone with that Name. It is a female name.

I know there are many variations to this name but I would like to know if there is any one else with that particular spelling? I have done a web search and I have come up with furniture and it appears that a lot of things in Japan are called Arita. I an european back ground. Can anyone shed further light on this Arita
