If you want the Latin pronunciation it's DAY-ah. If you want to use it in the US, it doesn't really matter how it's pronounced in Latin (in my opinion), then I'd use the pronunciation that most Americans would use to avoid spelling confusion or the one you like best.

I think in latin it's DEH-ah, no DAY-ah.
