Hello admin.I would like to bring to your attention one observation.Some names span more than one tribe and as such it is essential for the contributors to do a bit of research and where applicable indicate the tribes that are also attached to the very same name e.g.the given name: CHIMWEMWE is both from a chewa and tumbuka tribe.
The only difference is how the name CHIMWEMWE is pronounced in Chichewa and Chitumbuka.The other name is KONDWANI.Either Tumbukas or chewas name their child this name; the only difference is how the name is pronounced. In other ways the names are either chewa or tumbuka.Here neither tribe copies from the other but all are originators.
