Enjoli probably comes from the brand name of the perfume made by Revlon, and the perfume's name was probably created from the French phrase "en jolie", which means something like "into pretty", and was undoubtedly meant to imply that wearing the perfume would turn a woman into a pretty or beautiful one. So this is one of many French words or phrases which are not used as names in France but which have become names in English speaking countries.
