I’m Scottish and I pronounce them like this:
Aileen - AY-leen
Ailís - AY-lish
Aisling - ASH-ling
Eilidh - AY-lee (this is the only way I’ve ever heard it pronounced here and I know lots of Eilidhs personally)
Sorry, I don’t know about Aoibheann.
