No sensible transcription of Sanskrit uses y for a vowel symbol, so this is pretty clearly not Sanskrit (it may be distorted Sanskrit, but with rather strong distortions).--elbowin

I am pretty sure that's an invented name, for that "Genshin Impact" game as it seems, and not in actual use for real persons: If you search for "Ararycan" among the 2 billion people or so registered on Facebook, you get zero with exactly this name, which is a pretty strong indication.It's possible the game designers just try to come up with something nice-sounding, and there is no "meaning" at all.

Yes, I try to know the name's meaning of that NPC, actually most of NPC have some Sanskrit meaning of their names, but "rycan" is a strange transcription of Sanskrit, I found nothing.
