I found list of popular names in South Australia, I think it's good idea to combine the datas, just like in Canada, Ontario + British Colombia

This is a good idea! The problem with this currently is that NSW only has a top 100 list. In order to combine different (though similar) lists into a unified top 100, we would probably need at least the top 150 from each place. This is to ensure that the number of births for each name in the resulting list is a sum from BOTH places.
