My mother firt name was Tanya (Polish Jew) but she was also called Tauba.
Watching a Turkish TV series(Black money love) I came across the first name of the main actress,Tuba/Toba (blessedness), arabic name.

As Tibby says below, Tauba is probably just one of many different forms of the Jewish female given name which is based on the Yiddish word for "dove." Its similarity to the Arabic name is just a coincidence.
Yiddish had several different dialects with different pronunciations of certain vowels, and so there are often multiple different English spellings of Yiddish names. Toibe, Toiba, Tyba, Teibe, and Taube are some of the other variations of Tauba that turn up.

For all I know, Taube is a Jewish name, that derives from the German "Taube", meaning "dove". Basically a feminin, Yiddish verion of Jonah.
In the Hamadrikh (Rabbi's guide to female Jewish names, published in 1939) I came upon Toiba, which also means "dove" (at least according to this page).
So I think, there is no etymological connection between the names.
