I am looking for some information about the origin and more importantly the meaning, if any, of my name. I am a female and am Indian. But the name is certainly not Indian. My father told me that he literally cooked up the name. I have come across other people around the world having this name when I looked it up on the internet but have never asked anyone so far about the origin or meaning.This being a site dedicated to names I thought I would have a go at it.
