The problem is: only in American English, Rolf is pronounced as RAHLF (pot as PAHT/PAWT, con as KAHN/KAWN, to take the examples of the pronunciation key). British English, on the other hand, does have the short "o" sound, for which you round your lips.That short O sound is also the German pronunciation of Rolf.*****
